Thread: Porcelain or not?

Started 1 month ago by Stealth
Hi All I have bought some floor tiles and on the box it says they are “porcelain stoneware”. TBH I didn’t look at the box too closely at the time, I was more interested in the style and colour. Now I know this might sound a soft question but “porcelain stoneware” are porcelain tiles aren’t they? Just want to make sure before I buy a shed load of adhesive. Thanks

And if you need your holes into porcelain stoneware... £49.99 for a kit. Equivalent goods are £120+ at Screwfix so you're saving over £70 by buying from a factory not a retailer. Just a suggestion...

Hey 365 I know it's all added cost and would push the price up but you must have thought about doing a case for that set to go into. With having so many drill bits they normally always end up in the bottom of the tool box and can be a pain to find, the drill bits that I use day in day out stay in the drill case but I always like specialist bits in their own case. any chance of this in the ...

I did look heavily into the idea of a case and these are the arguments we looked at 1) The cost of the case adds an extra £4.75 to the packaging cost. 2) The case & contents weigh 617g and the clam & contents weigh 326g 3) Extra postage of that case would be a) £2.52 per item to the UK (Compared to £1.04 currently) b) £4.20 to Europe (Compared to £2.60) c) £7.89 to USA (Compared to £4.59...

How many units would you need to shift in order to supply the case on it's own? If not is the one in your picture for sale? here is a typical example of a tool sold with and without a case, the price difference was £20 when I bought mine years ago but it seems they have brought it down to £10 now Downlight Hole Cutters

Richard Believe it or not I was director of business development and sales and marketing for a major company for nearly 18 years! I still get headhunted now and they cant believe Id rather build houses and go tiling :-) Anyway – I recon I’m pretty qualified to tell you to do both. In my old company we had the same product pitched at different markets with different prices and advertised in ...
