Thread: Pop up menu into dreamweaver.

I have my hotspot with pop up menu etc, bvut how do i export it to dreamweaer so that it works. Please help.

If it's one hotspot, right-click>export>HTML and Images. If more than 1 hotspot or slice, shift select and repeat the same way. this will export the images if any, html file and a .js, Javascript file. In Dreamweaver place the cursor where you want the menu and go to Inert>Image Objects>Fireworks HTML...

In all honesty, do not use the FWs generated popups .  Create your buttons in FWs, but build the menu in Dreamweaver, or use a third party  site to help you build a CSS dropdown menu. I 100% agree! Since I'm always in a hurry, my favorite extensions are from project seven and web assist. they both have menu extensions. For my menus I now use PPVII and they recenty did an update that includes using the menus as an include. I haven't taken the time yet to read the tut :-)

I 100% agree! Since I'm always in a hurry, my favorite extensions are from project seven and web assist. they both have menu extensions. For my menus I now use PPVII and they recenty did an update that includes using the menus as an include. I haven't taken the time yet to read the tut :-)
