Is the length of the diagonal of the rectangle bigger than ?
The shorter side of the rectangle is 2.
The longer side of the rectangle is 3.

my pick for D .. reasoning
(1) if the shorter side is 2 than the next side will have the least lengh also 2
and the diagonal
2^2+2^2=4+4=8
d^2=8
d=(8)^1/2 bigger than 6^1/2 so sufficient
(2) if longer side is 3, (diagonal)^2=3^2+any positive number will be greater that 6^1/2 as 3^2=9 sufficient
so D
