ok i was told to come to this forum to post this and im not entirely sure if this falls under hardrive catergory cos i dont really know what the problem is but anyway my computer has been randomly restarting recentnly and often it just keeps restarting repeatedly so i have to shut off the plugs and eveything and i just really dont know whats goin on please help i would appreciate it.

when does it restart? what operating system do you have? how old is your system? these restarts can be stopped and a BSOD can be put in place. the BSOD will show you why it is restarting. if you have windows XP, then press windows key + pause/break to open system properties. go to the advanced tab, and under startup and recovery, click settings. uncheck the automatically restart checkbox. click apply and ok. when you get the BSOD (blue screen...
