Hi Commenting on Vulva swelling and discomfort as well as discharge thinking it is a yeast infection when it is not.  It is called Lechen Sclerosis and it is an autoimmune disease.  When you have one you end up with more autoimmune diseases.  Thyroid disease is the most common.  Have your Doctor run autoimmune panel first steroid cream is the only way to make it better.
