Thread: Pizza Crust Question

Started 1 month ago by BABY_W8
Can I make pizza crust tonight and put it in the fridge until tomorrow night? Or do I need to make it fresh? My thought was if I could make some of the stuff tonight it would cut down on the dinner time crunch tomorrow night.

it can be refrigerated, it will rise in the fridge overnight. (cover with oil--spray with pam--and cover it, so it won't dry out. the other option is to pre=bake it. at 400 degrees until it just starts to get golden spots. cool on a rack. wrap when it's cooled and then top it when you are ready to bake it for dinner.

Thanks!

It is fine in the fridge except it will get huge, so wrap tightly. You can also freeze it uncooked. My bread machine recipe makes enough for two, so I usually freeze one for another time.
