Grapefruit juice is supposed to increase your cm , i have been drinking the ruby red grapefruit juice and i also tried the regular grapefruit juice a while back as well (disgusting) but i didnt really notice any difference.

Somebody started a thread in the BFP announcements page about tips to getting a BFP , and a couple of people mentioned that they'd been drinking small amounts of pink grapefruit juice the cycle that they conceived.....
has anyone else heard of this? I googled it and it seems to have something to do with EWCM ????

Never heard that one, but I like grapefruit juice so might as well give it a try next cycle if I start AF this week (sigh).
