Thread: Pictures from my certification dives in the Bahamas

Started 4 months, 1 week ago by Bender 2

It was actually a shark dive that my instructor and I went along on. They were not being fed, just in the area. The...

Cool pics, and congrats Aaron! Ya got more pics ? You know the rules,,we NEED PICS! Yup that Queen looks huge, and the ones in the Keys are a PITA IMO. Seems like they most times want to bother/nip you, and i've had more than one follow me around and nip at my fins or BC . Kinda freaks you out until you find out what is doin the nipping . Even had 2 medium size ones follow more ...

Thanks for the feedback. I know Dave, the pics were slow in coming. Jeff, the angel was pretty big. I was a little overwhelmed with the dives. I was trying to get all of my skills completed and still try and appreciate all the cool stuff I was seeing. We would spend 10-15 min on skills and then swim around and check out the scenery for the rest of the dive. I am headed over to Gilboa ...

Jaime, I would highly recommend getting certified. It is one of the coolest things that have ever done. Even diving in the quarry in Ohio is very cool. (not as cool as the Carribean but cool none the less) I did get certified at JR aquatics and have been very happy with them.

Hey Aaron, I think after seeing these pics, I may go ahead and get certified as well. It does look freaking sweet. Did you do it at JR Aquatics? Probably won't be right away, as I have lots of stuff coming up, but it is something I want to get done.
