That's because its not AMD tech bud. its part of the sata/ata buss processor network via nvidia chip set.
Force install the SMU buss driver as the coprocessor and wala fixed.

Windows 7 Home says it can not find a driver for the coprocessor.
I looked but could not find one on the AMD site.
