When we parted last I had decided to move to The home of my bride. Like I said very nice house and a fantastic yard. I didn't tell you that she is Landscape Designer by trade. Grad from University of Oregon and all. Worked for one of the bigggest companys for that in southern Oregon for 17 years, so you can guess what the yard is like. What a setup, a man cave 3 1/2 miles away from home! Things get tense at home, head for the cave. Sounds good to me!

yee haw a happy ending make sure you save room for the kegonater and the big screen tv i love the thought of a man cave. and your wife found it that girl is a keeper. Jerry

Sounds like you won't have to tie her up on the train tracks after all. Keep us informed only next time don't come home without pics .....<wink>

I wouldn't have given up my house if it had a workshop. Hers might be paid for but then you sell it and put the money on the one you already had.

That was considered but not for long. The only problem with here is the workshop and there is more to life than scrolling and wood working. (She was reading over my shoulder and she is gone now.) I have not yet sold my house and if we had not found the garage the may have been more discustions on it. But we have worked it out and it will be OK. Good Luck Chuck, hope all turnes out good for you both. what about the shop dog. does he have a place in your new home? it is very hard to move into someone else s home. If I had to do it all over again. selling both places, and getting one that would comfort both would be the only way I would think. that way it would be a us thing, not a yours and mine thing. I know that love should be stronger...

I'm so glad you've worked it out Chuck. Relationships are very hard - lots of compromises.
