First off, I'd like to thank all Bodybuilding.com members/mods/staff that have involuntarily helped me over the past year. I've been browsing these forums since I started hitting the gym 1 year ago this month. I'm very grateful for your sound advice, you've provided me with vital information that has helped me throughout the year.

Hey, i have the exact same thing. Mine is also mild and therfore didnt warrant surgery. I used to be extremely concerned with it especially after High school once i was done with football. I eventually just decided i was going to work really hard to make my body look so good that my chest was the last thing anyone would notice. Just work hard and get shredded man. People will be noticing ...

Nothing will ever completely hide it, but like i said, everyone will be staring at your abs and veins popping all over the place. When it comes to working out. I'd start with a full body routine like Starting strenght or something, to pack on muscle while gaining weight. then when u want to, just cut weight till your happy, or just rinse and repeat. im bulking/gaining weight right now, and ...
