Thread: Pec Muscle Building question

I've been doing push-ups for a couple months now, but it seems that only the outside of my pecs is building leaving the inside part of my chest sunken in some. They do not appear even like most. Could it be because of the push-ups or the way I'm doing them? Or is it just a unique case because of my build? Also, what other workouts could I do to improve the definition of my pecs (don't have a ...

Also, I'm not just doing push-ups. I am also doing sit-ups, crunches, curls, and leg lunges.

try doing dips or push-ups with leg raised on chair or something like that but also dont expect to get some massive results without weights

Yeah, you gotta do more than just one movement. Bench press, DB bench, flys, pec deck, mix it up if at all possible (though it sounds like you dont have a gym)

no exercise or technique will magically give you full middle pecs. although u can focus on that area, the only thing that will really fill in your pecs is building some serious mass, which will be hard to do with out using weights. and as to your pecs being different, most people arent asymetrical, as i am not, my left apears larger than my right because of my bone structure. not much u can do ...
