You say you have a receiot but it isn't proof of postage? What sort of receipt do you have as any form of postage receipt that shows the receiving address will protect you against this chargeback. Hello, The last time i had to sort of of these out i was told i had to email an address which if i remember was achreturns@paypal.com i had to quote the transaction reference number the address posted to the value of the item, what the item was and tracking number for proof of delivery. My problem was a buyer had purchased a phone then few weeks later the payment reversed so i gave him a call he hadn't a clue why it had happened and...

If the buyer has told you that their problem was with Paypal and not you, just ask for them to resend the payment to you. See what they say to that, good luck!

I would phone paypal if you're not getting any joy on e-mail. I phoned them a couple of weeks ago about a dispute that was ongoing and they were really helpful on the phone.
