Hey everyone, I've been having trouble recently with some guys who like to pull open guard and other such things. Most specifically, I'm unsure what to do when my opponent puts his feet on my hips to create/keep distance and work for submissions when I work back in. What can I do to get his feet off my hips? And then what can I do to pass?

No! Demian said that he won't be participating in ADCC this September because of other obligations! It's such a shame because all of the speculation about his last fight was 'Will he submit Nate' and now we'll never know (or at least not this September).

I guess the overall point is that if someone can't even fathom dedicating $100-200 per month to BJJ, he sure as hell isn't going to be able to dedicate the time and effort that serious training requires.
