Thread: Pampers - Cruisers vs Baby Dry

Started 3 months, 1 week ago by amandawoodward
Anyone have strong preference one over the other? LO is close to going into size 3s and I notice that Cruisers and Baby Dry are the same price except Baby Dry has more diapers in the box.  He's been in Swaddlers so far, and Pampers advertisers that Cruisers are the next step, but I'm wondering if this is just a marketing scheme to get people to buy the more expensive diapers.

Yeah....my LO is on the Baby Dry.  Only because when I think cruisers....I think crawlers.....and mine isn't crawling so I'd rather have the 12 hours of dryness that the other one offers.  Just in case he decides to sleep through the night.

I have size 3 Cruisers and Baby Dry.  I wondered why the Baby Dry was a better deal so I compared them side by side and I can't tell a difference at all.  They are different colors, but appear to be the same material and same construction.  I haven't tried the Baby Dry on him yet but the Cruisers are not the same as the Swaddlers.  I miss Swaddlers!!!

I think it's a personal preference thing-  I haven't used the cruisers yet because my little guy is still in size one-  I will probaly use both though

i like the Baby Dry ones a lot. Havent tried the cruisers yet.  i just bought a box of 3s even though she still fits into 2s because they just hold so much more pee at night and im not constantly changing her sheets.

I am going to use the BabyDry until Evan starts to crawl and then I am going to switch to the Cruisers.  I have a 21 month old son who has been in Cruisers for a long time and they work very well.  If at any point he started to leak in them I just switched to the bigger size.

UPDATE: I tried the Baby Dry and I think I like them even better than the Cruisers.  It was one of the fullest wettest diapers I have ever changed and it all stayed in!  I'm going to use what I have, then buy Baby Dry in the future.

With my DD I liked the Cruisers for when she started to wiggle & crawl. But for now the Baby Dry are working just fine for DS - and 20 more diapers for the same price is pretty nice too!

I just recently started using the Baby Dry's at night time cause DD is sleeping longer.  They work absolutely amazing.  They get so full by the time I change her in the morning but so far (knock on wood) they haven't leaked.
