Re: Palm Shadow Inn i have stayed there a few times, until we met a friend with a house out there in la quinta. it is actually a nice place, pretty clean by motel 6 standards, right off the freeway, lots of fast food options for a quick easy meal(i think there is a wendy's, carl's jr., del taco, and a couple others within a 1/4 mile), bagel/donut place, gas station. take washington to the show and you pass by a trader joe's,...

Re: Palm Shadow Inn can't comment on this one, but the last two years my group has stayed at the Royal Plaza Desert Inn and I like it a lot. it's also very close to the Polo Fields. i think it might be close to $200/night though Just thought I'd throw a similar option out there that i can personally vouch for. Re: Palm Shadow Inn I'm sorry pixiessp, I was trying to stay out of trouble earlier, and missed this thread. I am familiar with both places as far as location and personal observance. I tended bar at the steakhouse next to Royal Plaza and many of it's guests would come in to eat. Seemed to be a decent place. It's a bit of a walk to the fields, but you'll be passing others going the same way. The Palm Shadow Inn is right on...
