Thread: Painful-to-touch vein/indentation behind right testicle.? - Yahoo! Answers

I recently found something behind my testicle that, when I touched it or ran my finger across it, was painful. It didn't feel like a lump at all - it felt like it was either a vein back there, or an indentation or depression in the testicle, as it felt like my finger was going over a ridge of some sort. Does anyone know what this could possibly be?

Yes, this is the epididymis. Actually, if you feel properly, you should have the same on the left testis as well. Now the reason why it is painful could be because of some infection called epididymitis.
