Thread: PVE assassination and daggers shortage

Well i ran HoS heroic at least 30 times for fleshshaper before it dropped, which was the same day greed dropped from CoS. Kinnetic Ripper almost always drops off flame leviathan on 10 man, got that sitting in my bag.

Q u o t e: Assassination can ONLY use daggers. Combat rogues can use fist / swords / maces / axes. Chances to grab a superior weapon are much higher for combat than for assassination. Combat got kinda same problem, you can get an sword upgrade from your fist/dagger, but you also need a second sword for talents to match you weapons choice. And then 1 of the swords can be an upgrade, while the other sword can be a big downgrade. But i agree,...

I have had at least 10 daggers now since I dinged 80 two months ago, but I have yet to see a proper fist drop. There's plenty of (good) daggers to be obtained in the game, you're just unlucky. As am I with my weapons for combat :>

I don't undertand what`s so freaking hard to focus on all 3 specs in the same time. Yeah they noticed daggers falling behind and first thought was to buff assasination. How about buffing subt too? they want another case like in TBC where a forgotten build suddently became a "must" for pvp after the shadowstep buff. Seriously these devs are complete idiots, i don't mind screwing up here and there but at least LEARN...

Since blizz made ilvl 232 t9 items obtainable through daily hc quests, and TotC which is easy as f*** drops ilvl 219/200 items like a spellblade, healing mace, 2h axe and 1h dps mace - it just seems ridiculous why there isn't also at least a purchaseable dagger alternative for rogues. It feels like they somehow neglected it on purpose........ QQ...
