I suspect they will catch the 'x'; but will be interesting to see the results.

Just for kicks I sent this in as part of my Collector's Club free 8. I did notice the X on Roosevelt's cheek prior to sending. Should this have made Proof status or Genuine (Altered Surfaces)? What do you think? All pics are the same coin, just different angles....

tincup - that's what has me baffled. The coin came back as PR66. I thought they would have caught it also.

Why did you bother sending it in? Looks like it is only visable under a certain angle and light.
