It's also a charter for lowering standards in the division. Would Exeter rather play Leeds or Aldershot? Come on, we all know the answer to that. Oldham or Barnet? Or the other way around. Tell Tranmere they can't play Southampton any more but they can have a trip to Grimsby instead. Regionalisation was abolished 50 years ago for a reason.
