So I used to be the one who would get up every day, hair, make up cute warm ups or jeans and a t shirt. Yea...since the birth of my son I have been hanging out in the house with my pjs on all day!!!! the most I do is brush my teeth, take a shower and guess what more pjs LOL!!! Anyone else in the same boat? I just dont feel up to getting dressed.
Sounds like me! Except most days I have to wait for my hubby to get home so I can get a shower w/o taking the baby or the baby monitor in the bathroom with me. I bought a few new pairs of sweatpants after I had DD and they are pretty much all I wear these days.
Mon - Sat, I try to get up and (at some point) get showered and dressed in something other than what I wore to bed ... otherwise, I think I'd get depressed. However, on Sundays my goal is to NOT get out of the pj's ... today my goal was met
I wear PJs all day. When we took him to his month appt you would have thought I was going out to a fancy dinner. I put on heels, make-up a nice sweater did my hair. I guess I wanted to feel "normal" and like a human again!!
I don't know if this is better or worse but I started sleeping in my yoga pants and t-shirt that I wear during the day so yeah, I guess that counts as wearing PJs all day since I sleep in what I wear all day. I brush my teeth in the am but have to wait for DH to get home to shower at night. Haven't worn makeup in 9 weeks since I went on maternity leave and I do love that part!
LOL!!! That is so funny you say that jandj0916! We took our little guy to the pumpkin patch (of all places) I had my hair done, make up, had my new boots on....I looked so out of place! But I was excited to be getting out the house!!
I'm lucky if I brush my teeth! Just kidding, it's not quite that bad. But I usually don't end up taking my shower (if I get one) and getting dressed until like noon or 1:00...and I usually have to hurry because my LO will only sit in his bouncy seat on in my bathroom for about 15-20 minutes tops!
