Well I installed them anyway and I must say that I don't really like the higher tones. They sound a bit too penetrant and electric, I can't really explain it. However the bass sounds excellent!

If I am understanding it right, the actual DLL would have switches to allow these flags to interact. Consider it a configuration file. I guess they are not in the original bscause they are no enabled in the original drivers. Doesn't mean the options are not available.
