Thread: Over active bladder

I have been suffering from over active bladder for 10 years or so and only in the last year did i seek medical help. I have tryed different medications to no effect, my life feels ruiend by the number of times i have to find toilets when out and about, in cinemas etc. Can anyone please help with suggestions on how i may control this nightmare.

I have suffered from an over active bladder for 10 years or so and still can not find a medication to help ease this nightmare, iv been checked for prostate cancer and had all the tests done which all came back all clear. Can anyone help suggest what i can persue to help me with my complaint? Have to use the toilet every hour or so, i feel like a prisoner as i now am reluctant to go out due ...

Try avoiding all caffiene and soft drinks and see if it helps.

Thanks for reply, i will look into kegal exercise, good luck friend i know what your going through!
