I am on a steady diet of steroids, a candidate for spontaneous fractures and my DEXA just barely misses Osteoporosis I have a constant concern about bone health. I wouldn't call it obsessive but I need to be constantly aware and careful. I take medication for bone health and supplements to balance my lactose intolerance.

When the capsules are done, I'm going to just get the oil.? I put it in my fuit smoothies in the morning.? Can't even taste it, but cod liver oil has great healing properties in it and some vitamin D also. I've tried hard to eat more fuits and veggies, and...
