Hey all, Thanks in advance for reading my queries. I am going to keep this as simple as I can. I would like to register a Sole Proprietorship in Hong Kong. However, I'm not planning on staying in HK, living in HK, or running the business from HK. It will be an e-commerce business and I will be able to manage all of its operations from abroad. Generally, IRD business registration office does not care about your visa matter. And as you'll have an agent, the agent should apply the business registration for you. However, pls alert that IRD has the right to reject your business licence application if they know your intention of "not operating in HK". Or, they may cancel your application later if they found it out. Therefore, most ...
