Thread: On the right track? / Thoughts on daily circuit training?

I am looking for some basic advice, so I will briefly provide some background. I've been reading a lot on this site and trying to learn as much as possible. I am 26 years old -- was about 200 lbs 2 weeks ago, down to about 194 now. Still around 27% BF. Like most, I am trying to lose fat and build muscle. My primary concern right now is fat loss, but I have no interest in being scrawny ...

No input? I'd really appreciate some guidance here. Can someone at least comment on whether it's a decent idea to do circuit training on a daily basis? (Perhaps with a day off every 3-4 days) Thanks.

yeah your calorie intake is too low i feel. i found good results losing fat by sticking to a 500 calorie deficit and doing intense cardio 4 times per week. the only thing i could suggest is upping the intensity of your cardio workouts maybe try a bit of HIIT. Sorry for the short answer but my knowlegde is also limited.
