It seems a lot of females feel insecure from time to time. I'm guess ing that while you are a 'looker' it took more than looks to commit for life...the only thing that can mare the beautiful or the rodinary womans life is, dishonesty... keep it real embrace the ageing of your union and yourselves... Not my business, but I don't see a problem with it. You said yourself that you get along well and have been for several years. If you love him then what does the age thing matter. I'm not a woman so I don't understand your age feeling. It doesn't seem to bother your husband so I really don't understand the problem. Maybe some of the ladies here could shed some light on an issue I don't understand.

It depends on the individuals. Age differences don't matter much when you're both over 20 and under 75 Before and after those ages, it can make a difference.

Age is merely a number.

I am six years older than my husband...I think we got lucky. My husband is very responsible and mature. AND...he's absolutely crazy about me...definitely a plus!!
