I've decided to go with this player over the Oppo for a couple of reasons. One, I don't own any SACD's, actually I don't own any CD's at the moment. Two, the sound quality everyone is raving about has me hooked. Now if I can only find this player for under $500 I will buy it, that is the only thing holding me back right now.

I have a AVR-4306 receiver and I'm considering the DBP-2010CI. I have not purchased a Blu-ray player so far because I need one which will "down convert" from HDMI to Component Video, and the only one I could find was the $2000 DVD-3800BDCI, which is just too expensive. Hi Winston, Can you compare 2 channel audio out of panasonic DMP-BD60 with 2010 CI. I have Quad 99 pre, 909 amp, 22L speakers and looking for a blu-ray player with excellent 2-channel anlog out. Also are there any draw backs in DVD upconversion on BD60 compared to 2010 CI. Appreciate your input in this regard. Thanks!
