A couple of days ago I read a post about must haves during pregnancy and there was something about a journal...is it just a notebook with blank pages or do they sell a pregnancy journal?

Well, Girls, it finally happened... I had my sonogram today!!! It was great! We saw the baby's heart beating... we couldn't hear it on doppler yet..the tech couldn't pinpoint it, so i get to go back next week! But the heartbeat was definitely there because we saw it flickering away. 

I'm having such a tough time keeping the news of this baby a secret, and it's b/c it's the 1st.  I've told a few close friends and mainly my whole family.  I know they say to wait til 13 wks, but I'm at 7.5 and I just can't help but shout it out.  Is anyone else feeling this way, and should I feel safe?

I've been craving beer for the last 2 days, I don't drink when I'm not pregnant and definitely wouldn't drink one now that I am, but I'm really craving it bad, like I think about it all the time. lol. My husband had a beer with dinner tonight and I could smell it across the table and it smelled so good. What the heck is this all about. so weird!

Heard the heartbeat!! Such a wonderful sound. She didnt give us a rate but I will definetly ask when I go back on the 29th.  I am so excited to have passed this milestone. I was worried, now I can relax a bit!! I have gained 3lbs....but I attribute at least 1 of them to wearing jeans and long sleeves! :)

Does anyone have a good prenatal yoga dvd that they like?  I'm looking for one that isn't too "be one with the trees" but instead just uses yoga as a good low impact exercise regimen.  I've poked around on google videos but it's hard to tell with some and most are very "Mother Earth".  Any suggestions?
