October 28 2009. New Guinea Gold Corporation (TSX-V:NGG) (“NGG”) is
pleased to announce that it proposes to complete a non-brokered private
placement pursuant to which it will issue up to 41,666,666 common shares at
a price of $0.12 per share to raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to
approximately $5,000,000.
