Okay, here is the update. I change the wheel to the spare tire and that didn't stop the problem.
I then made some steel sheet metal muffler hangers (happy with those) to replace the torn stock ones, and that didn't help at all either.
Im going to try and get some video, more for the audio so you can hear the noise. I would really prefer to get this issue fixed myself but, I might ...

Okay, so the differential nose bushing is in great shape. No hairline cracks or anything.
Subframe bushings are all tight.
WHAT I DID FIND.
The torx bolts that attach the halfshaft to the diff had loosened up. Some more than others. One was surprisingly loose, the other required a 2ft. break bar to tighten and alot of pushing from my end.

I should add that there's no perceptable radial play at this point, and I don't see a big difference in axial play either...hopefully a repack buys a few miles!
