Thread: OWA loading

Sirs, I have two exch 2003 SP1 FE on MS NLB with two exch 2003 SP1 BE on MS cluster. Now, I have installed two exch 2003 SP2 FE servers ( separate, not integrated into current NLB ). OWA works fine when accessed via old SP1 FE. When I access via new SP2 FE, I can login and logout only in standard mode. If I access in premium mode, it stopped at "loading" message with only a few icons...

Sirs, I would like to put more details onto it. We have two old FE servers and two new FE servers. Two old FE are in NLB, uses Exchange 2003 SP1. Two new FE are not clustered. They uses Exchange 2003 SP2. Two BE uses SP1. OWA access is ok for two old FE + BE cluster. OWA is not ok for two new FE + BE cluster. In OWA standard mode, can login and logout. Web interface is...

Sirs, We have fixed the problem. It became problem because I installed SP2 directly on FE without installing SP1 first. Re-installing Exchange with SP1 did not help.
