Thread: November New Gear Thread

After following the advice of several people in this forum (see "Best Keyboard Mixer" thread) I bought a Yamaha MG82cx for about $135 new. Haven't hooked it up yet but this will be the centerpiece of my keyboard stage rig. I may even try routing the cables through my keyboard stand... always wanted to do that. My only disappointment so far is the darn line-wart power supply for this ...

The next new gear will be a house. I went to a home buying seminar today and it lit a fire underneath me. That means it's time to sock some money away, time to sell some gear, time to stop surfing the 'bay to avoid temptation to buy gear. ...It will mean fewer visits here. I seriously need to curb the spending habits.
