A buddy of mine came into town for work yesterday and came over to the house for beers last night and we both saw something that I could never imagine would happen. Right after we got to my house, we looked out the window and saw a pheasant sitting next to my driveway. This alone was very odd since I have never seen a pheasant around here, especially just sitting in my yard. We walked outside and...

More than likely it is a pin raised bird and is used to humans being around. We used to raise quail and they were the same way...bad part was once season came in...the damn things would walk up to yiu instead of taking flight where you could blow them away LOL. Sad but true.

That's too cool! Would have been better "under glass" but that is cool. Next time don't shoot it with a camera, use something with a little more "kick"!!
