Hello everyone! I have one issue with my IBM x3650 server it looks like this (RSA LOGS): 14 W SERVPROC 06/03/01, 18:24:44 POST reporting memory event: North Bridge Correctable memory threshold occurred. Chassis Number = 0. Memory Card = 0. Memory DIMM = 2. Failing Symbol = 0x0. 15 E SERVPROC 06/03/01, 18:22:56 Bus Uncorrectable Error. 16 W SERVPROC 06/03/01, ...

Ok. I hope this done, i go to IBM Download Site and Update BIOS with LAST firmware Update. I miss this because i update my server with UpdateXpress, which don't have LAST Firmware... (((( Sure i monitor this server for some time, but i hope this help!

You have a DIMM dying a slow death. It can do a certain amount of self-correcting, but you have a DIMM which has so many errors it can't self-correct anymore. Google "correctable memory threshold occurred" and you will find previous DeveloperWorks posts on this.

I got contact with IBM support and discuss this issue, after i do thing what they are recommended and for now all are going fine (without any errors or warning in all case).
