Re: Nonlinear periodization maximizes strength gains in split resistance training routine Er is helemaal geen informatie over het precieze trainingsschema dat aangehouden is? Lijkt me dat het ook vooral te maken heeft met trainingservaring. NP is hoe dan ook het beste voor beginners, bijvoorbeeld.

ik was dit topic even uit het oog verloren, dus non linear schema 12weken en dan rust linear schema 8weken en dan rust Zou ik dan denken

ik was dit topic even uit het oog verloren, dus non linear schema 12weken en dan rust linear schema 8weken en dan rust Zou ik dan denken
