Thread: No drive detected

I am trying to render staxx and dj juicer is not recognizing my drive I tried to add another portable drive but nothing my pc recognizes both. Anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong I also turned my pc on and off still the same problem I am using Juicer 3.61 build 102 thanks

Hi Jim, how are you? No error but when I try to render it kept asking for the disc and also I decided to install the staxx but nothing juicer does not recognize any drive :( (in reply to windhamjim )

Juicer doesn't recognize the drive or doesn't recognize the disk? Quick troubleshooting -- you say your pc recognizes the drive (s) -- when you put in your dj disk, can you access the contents of the disk through your operating system? Also, in Juicer, have you tried a test render off of a previously known good disk? These two tests will help determine where the problem lies -- bad disk or ...
