Thread: No Progress :(

I've had no further progress since my trip to L & D last Monday. Still 2-3cm dilated and 80% effaced, at 0 Station. I still get contractions but nothing painful or out of the ordinary. I had my appointment today and my MW is sending me for an U/S tomorrow morning because she says "your not very big, but he just seems to be very large". Thank you!! And I don't mean to sound so bummed, and frustrated, but I am just incredibly uncomfortable, I can't go in the car anywhere because it just hurts to sit for too long...he is wedged in there really well and seems content to play soccer with my rib cage. You are doing great! Hang in there..... And I have read it is normal to lose weight at the end due to the exact reasons you are stating, so I would not worry too much. You can only eat so much like you said...

Thanks ladies... I think I was just frustrated with the weight thing, it doesn't help that the last appointment I had was in the afternoon so naturally your weight is up from what you've drank and ate that day, and todays appointment was first thing in the am so I didn't have anything in me yet. Still she was lecturing me on what I can do to make sure I am eating enough, and I'm just in...

UGGGH!!! So my appointment on Monday led to an ultrasound this morning because again the MW was thinking the little guy was carrying big even though my belly is small...So I sit in traffic and barely make it to my U/S at 8:20 this morning...only to find that he's about 7lb 14oz give or take a pound in each direction...but needless to say he's not as big as she thought. They wanted to see ...

UGGGH!!!
