Thread: Nicknames for classes

It's a list of what I commonly hear people refer to the classes as. Let me know if I'm missing any. Scout : Scoot Soldier : Solly Pyro : Demoman : Demo Heavy : Fatty Engineer : Engie Medic : Med Sniper : Spy : (Although I don't think I've ever heard someone actually say "solly," but just see people type it.)

Heavy: Fatty -- haha never seen that. Always though "Heavy" was short enough. I also heard that Medic: is also known as "Doc." And I think the last ones are short enough, don't need a nickname~ EDIT: Pyro: W+M1

I usually say these: Scout = scoot Soldier = Solli Pyro = Pyro Demoman = Demo Heavy = Heavy Engineer = Engie Medic = Medic Sniper = Snipper Spy = Spah I call snipers snippers ever since I saw someone misspelled it with two p's on a server once.

whats with all the 'scoot'. i have never once heard someone call him that. Sounds more like someone with an accent just said scout and it turned out that way...

I've been unconsciously calling the engineer "the construction worker" ever since I saw the Lollipop Prince videos. I've never said it outloud over the mic but in my head he will always be the construction worker. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1-C6mgTBMs

I'm not sure, but I think it may be because Canadians can't say words like "about" and "scout," but say "aboot" and "scoot." And among the Internet...
