If you're the one starting a page you basically fill out a form with the info so whatever order you write the names is the order. You have to provide "proof" but that can be media sources like the variety article and the interview where Hugh was asked about being in the movie, stuff like that. I've seen pages where the order gets changed or other info gets changed. That could be if a producer or someone gets imdb...

I would like to think they are setting dates down and things because it seems like that's the only reason why there hasn't been official confirmation from Hugh's side about A Steady Rain. He probably needs to see or work out scheduling for both and see if they can happen and all that so yea, hopefully they're at the stage of finalizing when shooting is going to begin and all that.

They may also need to secure finance before they can fix on dates.
