Minnesota's ice anglers won't have to license their portable fishing shelters any more -- unless they plan on leaving them on the ice overnight.
That's the result of a new law passed by the 2007 Legislature. Owners of about 60,000 ...

Access the outdoors??? Last I checked, anyone could do this at anytime...for free. Why even think of easing the restrictions for firearms safety??? That's all the gun world needs!
If they want to keep people into the outdoors, and keep recruitment strong...they need to stop screwing us sportsman that are currently active...

Wow, dont even need to know how to safely handle a firearm to hunt anymore...could the DNR possibly figure out more ways to increase accidents? Ah guys, the LEGISLATURE passed this, not the DNR. 40+ Yrs ago the DNR used do what they thought was best, not anymore, they are simply puppets of the Legislature now as the Legislature does the law changing-not the DNR.
