Thread: New easy way to load Opera Mini, Gmail Google Maps, etc. on Motorola iDen phones

Started 2 months, 1 week ago by Yeswap
I built a little PC and mobile website at http://boostapps.com that makes it really easy to download games and apps to Boost and Nextel iDen Motorolas. Basically it's a front end to the iDEN Content Uploader at http://144.230.114.35/adp1/FUN/ It functions as free app store for Motorola iDEN phones. You just pick the game or app you want, enter your phone number a press a ...

do You think that you can find a instant messenger(like ebuddy.com)?

qipengart replied 2 months, 1 week ago
I just posted the link to this on my art blog! thanks

Good job on the site. Had the same idea, but lack the technical know-how. Would be rad of you to post nimbuzz and nimbuzz lite there. Please don't post the latest version of nimbuzz tho. Darn UI is awkward. Thanks for materializing my dream.

I have more apps that I have zipped up, including opera mini 5, opentable app, Youtube Mobile, and Bolt Browser.

Oh, Bolt Lite is another good browser that lets me mess with my boost account from this piece of junk i425. If it works on this clunker, it should work on almost anything. Couldn't get the full version to work, but i may have grabbed the wrong one.

Cool beans I will test the fully loaded Bolt Browser and tell you how it goes... if Skyfire ever got to Java, I would have that for Flash websites in a heartbeat. But my i335 is going to be on the low end of things until I get the Clutch.

eBuddy is a good instant messenger too, but It's such a memory hog! It does look pretty though. How about a graphic calculator and one of the apps that lets one send sms all over the world for free? Oh oh oh! and the new Mocospace app!

One can find many apps at http://getjar.com My phone is about as low-end as can b got these days, and I've still managed to find great apps for it. Warnin: getjar's compatibility claims aren't always correct. http://nimbuzz.com http://eBuddy.com
