I picked up a copy this weekend. It's packed with photos, maps, valuation info, track charts, and lots of info on the tunnel at Cazenovia. Charles P.S. Not affiliated with the book or its sale.

Many shops (tables) had them for sale at the Syracuse train show. They ranged $25 -30 each. CNY and Utica & Mohawk both had them too (NRHS). You could email them about cost and shipping info. Charles
