Just to make sure I understand, by "no signal" I you mean you aren't seeing anything on your screen? Even with no OS installed you should still get a signal to the monitor and you should see a splash screen which will usually have your motherboard's logo and you'll see something on the screen while the computer goes through POST.
Are you hearing any beep codes when you turn the computer on? ...

2ndly..no beeps at all, howevber that may because i discovered the case speaker is not plugged in.so im all over that. Next yes your assumption is correct, i have nothing on my screen. Check the CMOS jumper. Sometimes motherboard manufacturers ship motherboards with that jumper set to clear, which will prevent the computer from booting.

Looks like its trying to boot to your network card. Go into the BIOS and change your boot order.

Are you getting this error after having installed your OS or have you yet to install an OS?
If you haven't installed an OS yet then you have no system disc and you'll always get an error unless you try and boot from a cd or dvd. If you have installed an OS and you're now getting this error, check in your BIOS to see if your hard drive is being recognized. If not then check the sata/ide/power...
