The mine I'm working at has super-low power lines around the main pit. And they require vehicles to be equiped with a red flag on an iron pole, about 1m heigher than the vehicle, and only 1m below the > 10kv lines.

My wife used to repair CB radios, and farmers got through a lot of them in the days before mobile phones. The ones she loved were when the arial hit the overhead mains wires, and blew the solder off the pcb onto the case! Needless to say the farmers were ok, in a big metal box on rubber wheels.

On the other hand, if they cannot breed, perhaps they are no danger to the gene pool and so should not be awarded. Maybe they should first prove they can procreate to prove that they are a danger to the gene pool. So, now we need to exclude those who have not yet bred and those who can no longer breed.
