Thread: Need to shake things up...

I am losing momentum and with so far to go that is a bad thing. I am getting bored with my foods and all that. I have been doing the simply filling plan and have decided that for the next few weeks I am changing over to counting points and trying some new recipes out of the comfort classic cookbook. Maybe that will get me moving in the right direction...

Good plan. I mostly follow Simply Filling too but once in a while, I switch to counting points for a week or two. It keeps things interesting, makes me focus more because I'm doing something different, lets me mix up the menu a bit more, and seems to work to get motivation back. Speaking of that, I need to pick a plan and follow it...right now I'm not...

I think it is a great idea to try new things every week. Sometimes we get stuck in a rut of eating the same breakfast every day, the same rotation of dinners etc. To me that is a road to wanting 'something different' that might not be the best choice. I try between two and four new recipes a week. I don't eat the same thing more than twice a ...
