Just to note: If you plan on using a team in competitive field, Garchomp is not allowed in standard play (Uber Tier). Special Mence can work, but you're better off on the MixMence set if you want to bring out full potential. Though, SpecialMence is fine. I think you have a tad too many Dragon Type moves there dude.I recommend something like Fire Blast.
