dunno if any1 can help i heard those phones are not repairable

Need a flash fix or whatever it needs for the chinese N96!
it turns on, and couple seconds later the keypad light and functionality goes, then 1 second later the screen blanks out and the fone freeezes...and 3 seconds later everything is back and it repeats constantly....and this only happens when a simcard is inserted.
need an urgent link on this...
