Hmm, I'll suggest the 3720 since it is pretty basic, and tough to boot. Water resist/proof and can withstand being run over by a car.

For a more music oriented phone with basically the same capabilities, however with the added 3.5mm jack, the Nokia 5130 is good.

well, i have the basic phone.
first is the Nokia 5130. it is cheap and does it all
second is the Nokia 2730 but it is an euro or two higher
the best one for you is the Nokia 2700.it has all what you want.

Nokia 3720 is not available in India. About 5130 Please tell me! what is so special in 3.5mm jack, sorry for the ignorance, i don't know much about it!

The 3.5mm jack is the one which is used by almost all commercially sold speakers, including PC speakers, woofers, etc. Also, commercially sold headphones with good quality also use 3.5mm jacks.
The Naite featureset is good, the only thing I positively hate about the SE phones are the lack of 3.5mm jacks.

Why is the 5130 great? You give no reasons for any of your suggestions.
