You really are desperate, aren't you? Read this paragraph again. It says that you need to obtain a license first witch requires law enforcement approval. How is this at all shocking? ...

Lursa (CB): Hey Scott! Check it out: Lursa (CB): Hey! Guess what I saw at the range on Fri? Action shooting. The USPSA club was shooting and the range master suggested I check them out. Way cool! They were all very nice and walked me thru the (very strict, thankfully) rules and there was a woman there doing it for the first time. I'm going to try it next week...I think it's a great next step for me to work on my shooting...

Tony: Yada Yada Yada (I-RI): The appeals court wrote: "Accordingly, the trial court's affirmance of the police chief's denial of appellant's application for a firearms purchase permit is reversed, and the case is remanded for an evidentiary hearing in conformity with this opinion." I don't get what you people are so upset about. It specifically says here that the court found that the police chief violated the...

Dr. Sampson Simpson: the intended purposes was to have a militia, not to have the wild wild west everywhere we go. But the wording is vague and you can see how courts can put restriction on handguns. That would be a great idea, ammo control, and not against the constitution. The militia is well defined in Federal law. Per the USC: TITLE 10 > Subtitle A > PART I > CHAPTER 13 > § 311Prev | Next § 311. Militia: composition and...

Brad: Travis: Brad: Travis: Brad: This is a lower court playing with fire. The statement of the Supreme court on the matter is in no way unclear. Citizens have a right two own and carry. Preventing ownership is a challenge to the supreme court and outside the perview of the lower court. This is legislating from the bench in hopes of getting away with it. Actually Heller is completely silent regarding state gun laws. This is exactly what those...

Renaissance Woman: Secret Agent: Mann: Renaissance Woman:   Andy 2.0: Why can't we just pretend guns are a form of health insurance? Liberals like to pretend the power to make healthcare purchases mandatory is in the Constitution. Lets just call your .38 revolver an HMO. Why is there an assumption that liberals dont like guns? I know a lot of them and they not only like them but own them.  Because those that people tend to classify as...
